THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR: PROFESSIONAL SPACES
This workshop explores how various intersecting identity factors, such as race, class, gender, sexual orientation, body size, dis/ability, and etc. can shape a person's access to basic human rights and dreams. We will create an interactive space to self-reflect about our cultural shaping as individuals and institutions, understand the power dynamics that inform these shapes, develop the skills to interrupt old patterns and inequitable practices, and build capacity to elevate the voices of those who are not normally heard.
DURATION: 2 - 2.5 HOURS
MAX CAPACITY: 55 PARTICIPANTS
