Imagine a world where we can have real, candid, and comfortable conversations about sex and Consent

Bad Subject is modern Consent education. We offer interactive, non-hierarchal workshops on Consent and relevant topics to youth, educators, and professionals.

Imagine a world where people practice Consent in all interactions

Consent is more than a Yes/No question.

Our workshops go beyond the usual "Yes means Yes" or "No means No" framework to look at how in real life, "No" can turn into a playful "yes" and "Yes" can actually be a fearful "No."

 What happens then?

Know the Moment. Know your Impact.

Understand the nuances of Consent with the right workshop training tailored to your needs.

Imagine a world where young people are socially engaged to teach each other about Consent

Our Youth Workshops are designed by-youth for-youth to offer participants an experiential learning, activities-based dialogue in a safe space. All youth workshops are peer-facilitated by members of our trained Consent Ambassador team. Read about our team's core values.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR: male SPACES

"Don't be such a pussy. Man up. Don't let your emotions show. What are you, gay? Take charge. Be a real man." Masculinity is not intrinsically harmful or toxic, but an unhealthy and restrictive definition of what it means to be a “real man” hurts both women and the men who perpetuate it. This workshop explores how toxic masculinity is constructed by reducing other identities through misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia to assert its dominance and re-writes the script to model a more productive and healthy masculinity.
